A dripping & leaking kitchen sink tap had been driving us to distraction for several weeks, but it is so difficult to find a reliable plumber that we had put off doing anything about it. Inevitably, the leak got worse! On the recommendation of a friend, one phone call to Plumbsolve on Monday resulted in Ryan coming out on the Tuesday! Following his examination of the job and a discussion of our options, we agreed to source a replacement tap (to be honest, I think we knew this would be the outcome!). We bought a new tap later that day and phoned Plumbsolve to let them know we had our shiny new tap - we couldn't believe it when they said Ryan would call out the following day! We even received a text later that evening to give us a more accurate arrival time. I cannot praise Ryan enough for his friendly and efficient approach to what was undoubtedly a small job for them. The tap was fitted, checked and the place was left tidy and clean. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this business for anyone needing plumbing or heating work done, and they're local!
